So, I feel like I have battery acid creeping up the back of my throat. Please, can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Get a wedge pillow and put it under your mattress. This can help when it gets really bad. I’m not sure why it happens, but you can at least be comfortable.

When a woman gets pregnant, her uterus compresses her internal organs including her digestive tract. This can push everything up and cause you to experience heartburn. Talk to your OB/GYN about what you can do to help alleviate some of the discomfort.

: Heartburn is usually because you ate something too spicy I think. Changing your diet might help.

My grandma used to say that women get heartburn because the baby’s going to be born with a full head of hair!
