Take pre-natal vitamins and eat really well. Make sure you hydrate and drink loads of water. Stay active but also get plenty of rest – sleep now cos you won’t get much sleep later!

Eat well, live well, feel well. Make sure hubby treats you right – foot massages and breakfast in bed!

Keep exercising throughout – it will keep you and baby happy and healthy and will also help when it comes to push.

Try not to stress out too much. Make sure you cut out all the unhealthy things (except chocolate – you’re allowed that once in awhile!) and go for regular walks if you can.
