Your diet can play a part in lowering your blood pressure. Cut back on salt, stay away from caffeine, and try to get a little easy exercise every day. Talk to your OB and ask about medications or other lifestyle changes that can help. It’s also a good idea to try meditation and other calming activities to get rid of stress.

Yoga helped me. There are plenty of modifications that you can do during pregnancy.

Have your support system come together to try and relieve your anxiety. Stress can play a huge part in your BP being high.
