Your child won’t need to see a pediatrician until he or she is a few weeks old so there is no need to rush to find one until a few weeks after your baby has arrived.
Look for a pediatrician as soon as you find out that you are pregnant so that you can inform him or her about everything that is going on with your baby during your pregnancy.
It’s best to start looking for a pediatrician a few weeks before you are due to deliver. This allows you to have time to research and get to know the doctors before the baby arrives
